Overview

Nexelec TOUCH is the official application for configuring Nexelec products using NFC technology from a compatible Android smartphone or iPhone.

It allows you to read product settings, modify configuration parameters, and write a new configuration directly in the field. The application is intended for installers, system integrators, and maintenance teams using Nexelec solutions.

Is my smartphone compatible?

Your smartphone must support NFC.

  • Android: Most recent Android smartphones include NFC support.
  • iPhone: An iPhone running iOS 13 or later is required.

Does NFC need to be enabled?

  • Android: Make sure NFC is enabled in your phone's settings.
  • iPhone: No additional configuration is required on supported devices.

I can't detect the product

Please check that:

  • your smartphone supports NFC;
  • NFC is enabled (Android);
  • your phone is correctly positioned over the product's NFC area;
  • your phone case is not interfering with NFC communication.

Where is the NFC antenna located on my phone?

The NFC antenna location varies depending on the manufacturer.

In general:

  • iPhone: at the top of the phone.
  • Android: in the center or upper part of the phone.

If communication does not start immediately, slightly move the phone until the NFC connection is established.
